  • Cancellation more than 28 days before the tour: 100% refund.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: 75% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund.

  • Failure to show: no refund

 

CAPTAIN'S CANCELLATION

Should the captain estimate that the trip can not be executed safely and comfortably, the trip may be cancelled. You will then receive a 100% refund.
