Arrangement

TN24 arranges all experiences on this website or through email dialog.

 

Registration

When the payment or deposit is made, the agreement is binding on both parties. By paying, the customer confirms that he accepts the terms and conditions of the experience purchased as stated on the website.

 

Payment

The full amount of the experience must be paid before departure, normally when booked. 

A deposit on larger experiences will freeze dates.

 

Payment using credit cards

Credit card fees will be applied on checkout and equal to the fee charged by the provider.

 

Cancellation/Changes

Cancellation more than 28 days before the experience: 100% refund.

Cancellation more than 4 days before the experience: 75% refund.

Cancellation less than 4 days before the experience: 50% refund

Cancellation less that 48 hours before the experience or failure to show: no refund

 

Captain's cancellation

Should the captain estimate that the trip cannot be executed safely and comfortably, it may be cancelled. You will then receive a 100% refund.

 

Complaints

Complaints should be made directly to TN24 so that the complaint can be remedied as soon as possible and with the least inconvenience to the customer. See Contact in the top right corner.

 

Law applying

All claims against TN24 are to be settled according to Danish law. Complaints or cases that cannot be settled by the Danish Travel Complaints Council shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Denmark.
