YOUR CANCELLATION
Due to limited seating, we request you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. This allows us time to adjust the trip. You will then receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations at least 24 hours before departure will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations at least 12 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Failure to show will not warrant any refund.
CAPTAIN'S CANCELLATION
Should the captain estimate that the trip can not be executed safely and comfortably, the trip may be cancelled. You will then receive a 100% refund.
